Cheques/Bank drafts to be issued in favour of M/s Perfect propbuild (p) Ltd.
Registration, Stamp Duty shall be payable at the time of offer of possession
The Super Area include the covered area plus the proportionate area under common corridor, staircase, mumties, projection, water tanks etc
Price is escalation free for the apartment booked
